Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive the following from your Google account:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile picture

To keep you signed in and secure your account, we also store session information, such as your IP address and browser user agent, and the authentication tokens issued by Google for your account.

We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data.

How we use your information

We use this information only to:

• Sign you in and identify your account
• Display your name and picture within West Branch Football Admin
• Keep your session secure

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except with the service providers that host and run West Branch Football Admin (such as our hosting and database providers), solely to operate the service.

Google user data

West Branch Football Admin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as you have an account. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email contact@westbranchfootball.com. We will delete it within 30 days.

You can also revoke West Branch Football Admin's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
